Oh, man, sounds like you and Lissa are each going through some nasty times right now. Online banking is just the most infuriating thing, and it really sucks that you can't sue the Navy for failure to pay your back wages, the way you could a private employer. Well, at least Lissa is now in your time zone, and I hope you'll be able to visit her soon!(I know realistically that may mean November, but I will be hoping for that each day until it happens!).

Well, the nice thing about the Navy is that the people who deal with the money aren't going to miss a dime of it when I DO get it, so they're less likely to "forget" just to save a buck. Now all I have to do is motivate them to actually DO their job, which is another thing all together!

I'm going to look up travel prices soon, maybe later on today - I may end up buying the tickets a little last minute on this one though, because I'm paying off some old debt right now, & I won't have extra for a little while. But it should be a cheap flight, as these things go, so I'm not too worried.
