I love the word chipper.  It reminds me of Masterpiece Theater on Channel 13 in NY (PBS channel for Marylanders).  Haven't figured out what channel that is in North Dakota.  Or South Dakota, Nebraska, Montana, Wyoming.  The British sure know how to invade our homes!  Plotting the takeover of living rooms across America with words like "Cheerio!" "
