Taking on Prince

I already thought Prince was pretty awesome. When it comes to pop music, he has absolutely no equals (sorry, Michael Jackson). I can't think of any songs I've heard of his that I haven't at least mildly enjoyed. Sure, he's a weirdo and that whole thing with changing his name to an unpronounceable symbol back in the 1990s was just kinda bizarre and

You know why he changed his name to that symbol right?

At that time, his record company actually owned the name Prince. When he left for another record company, he had to change his name until he won the rights back from his former company to get his name back.
