Holy smokes, LiveJournal is still a thing?

It's crazy to think that I almost all these problems are sooooo far in the past now.  And they just don't matter.  This makes me feel hopeful.

Hello LJ,

I've been cheating on you with Blogspot.   I guess I got a new journal to go with my new life.

It's almost four AM and I still can't sleep. I guess not that much has changed.

 Life is mercurial.

Glee's version of Madonna' "Like A Prayer" is one of the only things to keep me going right now. Sigh.  

You know who I kind of think is retarded?

Lil Wayne.

But the funny thing is, right now one of his quotes most aptly describes how I feel:  The sky is the limit, and one day you're going to be in it.

Last night I had a dream that I was trying to find a third job.  I would only work on my ONE day off, Wednesday. Right when I was deciding to do it, someone called me.  It was around two in the morning, and he called by accident.

How funny is that?

But, I guess, he sort of saved me.

Life is still weird. The end.

I think I'm finally starting to understand that it's the summer.

No need to stay up late to study. No need to get up early for class. I've finally stopped thinking there must be something I'm forgetting to do.  I always had this anxiety-like feeling in the back of my head:  what didn't I do today? What's due tomorrow? Sometimes, you have to give out what it is that you want to take in.

If you want people to be nice, then be nice. If you want people to love you, then spend more time loving.  If you want to live in a peaceful world, then be more peaceful.  And, in my particular case - if you want a dedicated loving partner, then be more dedicated and loving.

CON DAY 1:

Preview night.  Staked out the area where the TNG actors will be tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday.  Got some free schwag.  Went to a Star Trek panel. Got hit in the face by a dinosaur.  All in all - awesome. Note for tomorrow - sneak in water and snacks.  Love you all!
