What a start to last weekend! I was in the living room when I heard the sound of breaking glass and the hubby swearing loudly. What had happened? Ug! That sounds like a mess! I hope neither of you got hurt and I'm glad the kittens were safely out of the way!

I owe you an e-mail. Hubby and I were drooling over your library photos!! OMG! That is so beautiful! Hubby made me enlarge the pictures because he wants to copy your idea. :)

I wasn't in the kitchen when it happened, and I miraculously managed not to cut myself on any glass shards or splinters as we cleaned up the mess. The hubby wasn't as lucky, though - he cut his right middle finger rather badly at the top joint (as the glass balloon burst right in his hands). Thankfully, the wound is healing okay, but it's still rather swollen and he'll keep a rather impressive scar.

As for the library, we just LOVE it. It's turned out such a cozy room that we've come to prefer sitting there rather than in the living room. ;) If you'd like to have some larger pictures and/or pictures of some details, I can send you some via e-mail. The hubby planned the entire thing on the computer, maybe I could even persuade him to send you some of his plans.^^
