try burning some white sage (not witchcraft or anything). It helps clense your lungs and has a soothing auroma when small amounts are burned. Anyway its better then freezing your ass off with the window open. lol.
placing fresh mint leaves in a small bowl next to where ever you are the most also helps. Occasionally crush them a bit to release more of their smell.
Or simply burning a light seasonal candle, but I prefer the herbs personally.
Or drinke apple sider vingar heated up with a bit of honey and a cinnamon stick (unless you want to melt the cinnamon stick tho I reccommend using it to stir after you heat the apple cider vingar). It smells gross but if you mix it right it tastes really good. Soothes the throat, calms the mind, and is a huge antioxident as well.
