Today, I signed the paperwork that will officially transfer me to full-time status. I don't have the hours yet, but I have been assured by management that I will.

So, I have a job now. I am a part-time, overnight greeter at Wal-mart. I'll start that actual job in late April, when the store itself opens. Until then, I'll likely pick up a handful of hours in the next four weeks helping to prep the store, stocking and such ( Read more... )

I should probably learn not to ask advice and share my issues with someone as depressive and self-sabotaging as I am. I find that I tend to poke holes in their advice by focusing on the source. Stupid habit. But I guess that's the joy, in some ways, of having very few friends readily accessible that you trust with your heart.

So I'm loading up an iPod (my parents' iPod) with some music tonight. And I pop in my Seether CD.
