At the age of 18, being a resident of NH and not being present in the state to register at an opportune time, I did not vote in the 2004 presidential election. New Hampshire is stupid because tons of other states make it ridiculously easy to register to vote ONLINE. New Hampshire requires that you register in person at your town hall.
