23. PHOSPHENES - The lights you see when you close your eyes hard. Technically the luminous impressions are due to the excitation of the retina caused by pressure on the eyeball.

Damn! I always used to think that I could see cells moving in the dark...

that's so cute

I used to think the same thing when I was a kid. I alos used to think that if I closed my eyes and faced the sun that I could see the blood in my eye lids. try it.
