It has been a long time since i last updated, and this is mainly because my work was my life. But, now, here I am. I worked like an insane person, up to 12 or 13 hours a day. The recession got bad and I was made redundant. I half-heartedly looked for work in Tokyo. That lead nowhere. Well, long story short, I am moving back to NZ in 1 and a half

I start my new job tomorrow. I will eventually let you know how it goes/went.

I only have 1 and a half hours left at Higashi chu. Then it is home to finish packing and cleaning before I go to eat ramen with my good friend, Chance. Then we will play Streets of Rage 3 until we f**king beat the sh1t out of it ( Read more... )

I went from May 19 to 21st to the school excursion. It stayed at the pension on May 19. The decoration cake was made on the pension. It went to Disneyland on May 20. Then, I enjoyed some attractions. What the f**k is with Japanese people's obsession with using the word 'memory' a billion miles out of context?

Who the hell taught them that these are OK sentences:

- "A school trip comes a very good memorys to me."
- "The school excursion bacame the memory very happily."

How about simply using, "I had a good time."

For all of you who care, I am so far away from Iwate, I didn't even feel the earthquake, let alone did it do any damage to me or my surroundings. This is pretty cool

This is not something that I have only recently noticed, but rather something I am continually reminded of.

Apparently the phrase, "This is just the way we do it in Japan," is enough of a reason to explain even the most unbelievably stupid and illogical action.
