Sorry to hear that. That is really annoying and sucks. I really hate it when people don't follow through with stuff and make things hard on others like that. I prefer to work alone so I don't have to deal with that kind of stuff from others but for an event that's big you gotta have others helping to make it work. Hope you get through it all in one piece. I suppose I ought to apologize in part, for having authored some of the comments in question. You'd think I'd know better than to smart off.

But having spoken directly to the people that will take over, I can't say that things are at all worse. I would put the "Mood-o-Meter" at a very comfortable "Hopeful."

you know what, even though you should know better than to smart off to her, she is predictable in the fact that I knew she would do what she did. You don't have to "apologize" either. I feel a lot better knowing that there are some capable people involved in it now :)
