How did you get the gradient to fade from pink to transparent? I can only get it to fade from pink to white...

Well, I'm not sure but it could be because I have my gradient layers 'drawn with a gradient mask'. You can chose to set your gradients to transparency, so you have to make sure you checked that little box.
Let me know if it worked!

errr well do you have PS7? I don't know if it would be different with another version of photoshop or anything...
Anyway, in your 'toolbox' you can chose between 'gradient tool' and 'paintbucket tool'. Well if you set it to 'gradient tool' then in a horizontal bar (just under the main 'file, edit, image etc.' bar) you can select different things that have to do with gradients. On the right there are three little boxes: 'reverse' 'dither' and 'transparency'. Make sure the last box is checked :)

As I said, it could be that this is different for every program...I tried to explain it as clear as possible, hope it helps ^-^
