so...

i got 60 days notice to move out of my flat.

that's pretty uncool.

my parents just delivered me a new lounge...

no word on whether my now not new housemate wants to hunt with me or do his own thing.

i am not getting angry at 2010 yet.

however, i really do need some good news soon, or a lot of chocolate and peanut butter icecream.

blarg, really sucks. Did they say why?

Let me know when you find out about housemate guy, because I can help put out a call for housemates. I seem to recall someone on my facebook was looking for someone recently.

basically the story is:

all the flats are owned by the same person BUT not all of them are handled by my real estate, so when i rang up, initially all it looked like was that i was going to have to ask the new agents about the housemate sitch, not the old agents.

then, my agent must have seen something on my file 'cause he put me on hold for ages and made some calls and then said that the owners instructions are the everyone moves to the same agent, BUT my flat needs to be vacated.

all i was told was that my agent thinks it may have something to do with me having a lock up garage and that the owner must want it.

i will let you know what's going on, thanks :)

Argh, that's terrible!

I hope you get to keep the housemate. They're even harder to find than houses. :)

Argh! Argh! My sympathies (obviously!).

I have bugger-all practical assistance to offer (will obviously let you know if I hear of someone looking for housemates or similar) but if you want to chillax over some crappy yet oh-so-good food, we can probably arrange something. Even tonight if you like!

Err... the first "the" should have been a "tell".

I blame my cripples for that :p

More ciders when you need.

it had nothing to do with me telling them anything, the decision was made ages ago, i'm just learning about it now because my property manager got back from holidays today and looked at my file and gave me a heads up. it's to do with the whole block of flats.
