i've mostly been blogging over at my new blog [photos of cats and sunsets!] but sweet LJ, I shan't forget you.

i've gone back to uni. it seems ok so far, one day in and all. i don't think i am going to burn with passion for the actual course, but i feel good about my choice.

i think i would also like to leave sydney when i'm done. i guess things ( Read more... )

Marrickville library is great! it's on the same street as me. I love living on the same street as a library. oh man that is lame! :-D

Oooh! We live pretty close!

I actually saw you in my local Woolies recently! It's like two dorrs down from my house. I would have said hi, but it was in the midst of the messy part of the break up/move.

the local library here is part of the highschool so it has quite a good selection of new books and they send reminders when the books are due back :) which reminds me, i have to go tomorrow!

oooh and dont forget the university library!

Marrickville Library is good if you can get past the obscure non-fiction sorting method they use. Everything is categorised by genre NOT last name which is infuriating.

I literally lived across the road from there a couple of years back and still managed to get late fees.

I hadn't had holidays in the 7 years of postgrad, and look how I turned out! Completely normal! Nothing to worry about!

P.S. Talking to the cat is also completely normal.

no. every lease i've ever signed has said that tenants can install a phone line at their own expense.
