Every Thursday Tammy, the strings teacher at my school, and Faun, an elementary school band director go out to lunch together. The housing market in Flagstaff is ridiculous. A house the size of my parents house would cost well over $300,000 in Flagstaff. Their house is not that big, only like 1700 square feet. So basically, we can't afford a "stick built" house. Lots of people here have manufactured homes. I never really liked the idea of a manufactured house, I guess ( Read more... )
