Runs 11 & 12: A setback.
So I was out and about over the weekend - 3.5 miles on Saturday and 2.75 on Sunday - but today shall break the streak as I won't be heading out. Partially because I'm feeling really rather unwell, but also because I was facing diminishing returns. Run 10: TFIF
Man, that was a long week. On the plus side, it's great that I could keep it up despite the heaviest workload I'm likely to face for at least a month.
Presentation on the fictional ethical clothing company went well; I managed to successfully bluff being an award winning fashion designer, so my convincing skills are better than I thought.

Run 9: I can't count, it seems.
Shorter this time, after pushing myself yesterday - 3.5 miles in just under 32'. Used the long-lost iTouch for the playlist - quite a lot of video games OSTs got me through today. :)

Decided to push myself a wee bit further today - 6 miles in 53 minutes. Progress is pleasing.

Run 6/7: Return to Learning
College busy.
Much tired.
Such fun.
IP is intriguing.
6: 3.75 miles in 32'.
7: 4 miles in 35'40".
Treadmill is easier but duller. -
Run 5: *coughcoughwheezecough*
A tickly chesty cough that I have had lingering for some time is refusing to take the hint and bugger off. It's not really debilitating in any noticeable way (yet) but it's definitely proving a chore and it's something I'm gonna have to keep an eye on, especially as breathing issues and jogging to not go hand in hand ( Read more... ) -
Run 4: On the importance of music
New playlist to get me through today. Overall stamina remains about the same, but the different muscle groups in my legs are having to que up to complain during runs. That being said, post-run soreness seems to be decreasing, so that's progress ( Read more... ) -
Run 3: Technicalities
After a day in which I felt the familiar tingling of a game (X-Com) drawing me willingly beneath it's immersive surface, the run was a bit belated - Friday's run actually happened in the wee hours of Saturday morning.
