Best of luck with it. Did a 33 run day streak in December into the new year. Takes a bit of effort but well worth it, would be great to see you back out on the race circuit this year.
Cheers dude! I suppose one question I genuinely have is how do you deal with muscle soreness? Is it something that fades as your body gets used to the daily strain? Cause at the moment (admittedly only three days in after a long period without) I'm lumbering around like I'm travelling to Oz looking for a heart.
I think it's just something that fades the more you get out. I haven't felt it in months and it's part of the reason I didn't take a longer break this winter for fear it'll come back. I'm not a massive one for stretching I'll admit but I can usually now go to 16/18 miles before I even get a twinge. When I do have it, deep heat before the run and a very cold bath after usually help me.
