I'm trying to learn the ins-and-outs of my new d40. I took a free class yesterday, learned about some of the settings, took extensive notes, and then forgot most of it. I've just been playing around with the settings, hopefully it'll get better with time (and practice). And perhaps I'll shoot live subjects soon.

Also I need to find some nice (floral) blouses to go with my white shorts. I want to get something from Anthropologie, but everything is so expensive! I'm thinking something navy blue, but I'm always thinking of getting something navy blue.

I have $152.75 dollars plus some cents saved up to buy a camera. I want to get a Nikon D40 because it's relatively inexpensive for an SLR and supposedly it's a really good in-transition camera from point and shoot to SLR. By the time I save up enough (like, $500), perhaps Samy's will have another really good kit deal.
Hmm, but I also want a 35mm?

My computer is broken, so all my images are gone. Usually I save pictures I like on my hard drive but I guess I'll just use this for a while.
