I should really do this; I'm so sick and tired right now that I really need more nutrients, but because of said sickness and tiredness I'm having a really hard time bothering to cook and eat well. Do you have any recipes/links that you might recommend?

That sounds really, really brilliant. We didn't make it to the store yesterday--I only have a food processor, and it liquefies the foods but not in a good way--so I need to pick one up. I've been thinking about getting one for ages now, though, so I can't wait.

It'd be extra nice to have something at night time to stop the junky cravings. I've been craving chocolate like mad, which a friend told me is a craving for iron. We hardy eat red meat here, because good beef is almost impossible to find and pork makes me ill, so iron cravings would make sense.

Well the green leafy veges help with your iron and has protein as well which can help stop those sugar cravings. Having my one at night saves me from eating crap at night I just love it.
