"You're the most 'in the here and now' person that I know of, but I'm not. And I know this does mean nothing to you, 'a few boxes, a key' as you call it. But to me, it feels like you still have an escape. And even though I know you're committed, and I really do not need a ring or a signature, I'm still worried about that escape. It has nothing to do with you, it's all about me, my baggage, my upbringing, my experiences, I know that. So please, Reid, can we please go to Dallas, pack up your things and close that door?"

How could he say no? It really was of no importance to him, a few boxes, a key, but it meant the world to his man. So he picked up his phone and made all the arrangements. Anything. He would do anything for Luke. His hat found a hook.

Aww, I can understand where Luke is coming from and I am glad Reid was willing to give him that closure.

Hee, I wish! I really want them out of Oakdale, unfortunately this was only a short trip, to pack up Reid's things :) But who knows, maybe one fine day.... !

It has always bugged me that someone with a professional life, a responsible job, a home/a roof over his head, so easily could stay away from that. Argh, soaps...

It is time to give notice, job- and apartment-wise ;)

I could totally see this be an issue for them (their differing outlook on sentiment), but I also think Luke would win most of those arguments. ;)
