Vanessa: Laurie, whenever you are on the schedule I know there will be some great calamity.

Vanessa: I can't think of anyone on staff that I've gotten hypothermia with so many times.

Yes darling, I know what calamity means...the hesitation there was because Vanessa has an infernally cheerful tone, and announcing that I constantly bring calamity is not so much a compliment.
