me neither! They have also done She Loves You in German. Maybe the perfect start for Milla and Elena to sing along one day :). And once I think they're ready for it we will watch Yellow Submarine; which I also have as a picture book (which will tell them that there are four guys called John, Paul, George and Ringo)! Let's see if that will influence them in any way :).
Influencing kids sounds like a perfect idea and Beatles is a great way to start. Actually I think Beatles was the first band I was a bit enthusiastic about. :) Though certainly not in the age of 2, but it's better to start early.
So, do your parents listen to Beatles? Mine don't. And I guess it's good if parents have some taste in music, it might give the kids an idea where to go musically. Either into a similar direction or into a completely different one.
Noooo, my parents listened only classical music and waltzes. :D Though they have a small collection of LPs from 70's, where there were all kinds of treasures such as Edith Piaf - even Beatles.
Just recently there was an article on newspaper that the music listening is inherited from parents... If parents listen music a lot, so do the kids. That's good news for you! ;)
Well, I do not practically listen to music a lot these days because you are also said not to overwhelm your kids with media in young years. But indeed there is hope then :D!
