Susumu is a bit . . .restless and yet at the same time falling more into a good practiced comfort zone. He has no set mission, no direct assignment to be given to him except 1)collect information on this camp and its inhabitants and 2)find a way to leave. This means he's usually spending his days hanging around places listening to information, cross-dressing to keep up Oisei's persona and occasionally roofing cabins to spy on people. (yes, he's a real ceiling ninja.) Job-wise, he's comfortable learning new things (he's staked out the library in early mornings and fiddling his computer) and keeps to practicing his skills late at night. But there's still a restless need to have an actual "job

Ban is content for the most part! One part of him (the more intelligent part) knows that this won't last, they should do more missions to get experience and problems (relating to where they are taken in canon, blah blah) will happen still when they get back. But the other half is like, Ginji is here, we're happy and damn it there's a lot of free food! Ginji being here completes a lot of Ban's satisfaction and "okay" with life, so he's not having any real problems with camp. Plus, Ginji's having a chance to make a lot of friends without his past really popping up. (Raitei's appearance notwithstanding).
Ban missed Ginji- worried about him was a good large part of it. He had one (1) emo-ish post around christmas, wondering if Ginji would be okay by himself and because he wasn't 100% sure how time for camp and his world would work even if it was different. He was v. worried about Ginji worrying about him (if that makes sense) and his possible reversion into Raitei without Ban there to smack some sense remind him otherwise.
Rose is pretty, a bit of a push-over (she kissed him XD) and is mixed up with stuff she may or may not really understand. (doctor, etc) He senses that Rose is probably just a companion but he wants to know what the doctor is and will be questioning Rose about it. He likes Rose and thinks she's a pretty good girl even if he thinks she should trust him more. But he's not surprised she under-estimates them- obviously the get Backers needs to show off their abilities more.
Ban on Itachi: He likes Itachi well enough. He respects him, realizing that he's got some kind of screwed up past back in his own world. Itachi's whole relationship thing is interesting as well, with his refusal to see a future back in their own world. Canonly, Ban's the type to use his own life to show people that you should do what you want to be happy- he's not gonna be preachy but he's gonna poke at Itachi's buttons about him and Neji every now and then. He treats Itachi like a friend though

Ban was surprised that Itachi has eye power but learning about his ability makes him realize that they both have a hereditary ability. He feels a bit of comadery as well as competitive curiousity for Itachi's ability and he wouldn't mind one day finding out which one of them would win in the Ultimate Fight of Ultimate Destiny.
Ban likes Rabi! He's snarky fun and likes reading! Ban doesn't usually share his intellectual side (Ginji's not the best of partners to discuss literary criticism with) but he enjoys talking with Rabi. (They need to thread more \o/)
Ban is not fond of kids- he doesn't have the patience or the personality. He's especially annoyed at people and kids who question his motives, question his ability and question the great Midou Ban!! (he's a bit egotistical) Yuta just rubs him the wrong way, even if it could just be the other way around.
