Just a little catch-up...
So I'm sitting here, chowing down on Kraft Mac 'n Cheese (my favorite comfort food!), watching the Chargers kick what I hope to be the SHIT out of the Raiders. My man is currently flying the friendly skies on his way to Jacksonville, Florida for the week. The sun is shining, my doggie is sleeping at my feet, and all's right with the world.

I'm going back (probably in spring, but possibly not until next fall) to the community college to get all my gen ed out of the way (again, for a lot of it, but 15+ year old credits are not all that transferable, lol) under the local transfer guarantee plan, and after that its off to wherever is local enough that I am not disrupting the kids and Wes and Jules by moving us all over the place to finish out my B.A. and get my licence to practice psychology here in Illinois. I'm hoping to be able to focus my practice on the alternative lifestyles communities, and their families (so GLBT, Poly, Pagan, etc.). I'll probably have to get my licks in in public service before opening a private practice, but hey... Thats okay too....
