I made Sloppy Lentils from Fresh from the Vegetarian Slow Cooker in the crock pot today. It tasted just like baked beans, which really is pretty much what it is... so served on toasted buns it tasted like beans on toast. Good, but not very sloppy-joe-like. I tried a couple new recipes for dinner tonight. We had Brisket and Collard Greens with Cornbread slathered with butter and honey. Eric and I had never had collard greens before. They were spicy, and really good.
