So I realize I haven't updated this thing in a really long time. I've been really busy at work and travelling like crazy for various things over the summer and continuing into the fall. (Go to San Diego next week and then Boston two weeks later for work

So, I'm almost scared to ask, but...

How did practice go?

So far its ok. As long as I don't have to speak to the other coaches I am fine. Plus I have had a couple of swimmers come up to me and ask me to write their routines despite what the other coaches wanted. Its gonna be a tough year tho. I am on edge goin to every practice.
