Thanksgiving break is evil. One whole torturous week of no band, no eating in the band room to escape being forced to sit on the cafeteria floor, no threatening to stab someone with Ace, and no debating who we should prank next. Today I had to euthanize my fantail goldfish, Kimiko at 11:02 am. According to the pet fish atlas, she had oodinium. It covered her back fins and her head, and she was trying to get it off. Her last day, she was on the bottom of the tank, struggling to keep breathing. I could have saved her. She was just too far gone and she would just suffer more ( Read more... ) -
