Hey guys. I am starting T in 4 days. I can't believe it's finally here. I came out exactly a year ago and did lots of introspection, but I am ready. I am excited and ready. I am not even thinking about how fast/slow the changes will be, I am just thankful that the day is approaching that I actually get to start

As for protein the above comment is right--but otherwise I would recommend eating lean meats along with alot of vegetables (stir-fry is always good). And the Odwalla bars are pretty good.
