T minus 4 days

Hey guys. I am starting T in 4 days. I can't believe it's finally here. I came out exactly a year ago and did lots of introspection, but I am ready. I am excited and ready. I am not even thinking about how fast/slow the changes will be, I am just thankful that the day is approaching that I actually get to start ( Read more... )

You will eat more for the first week or so, but you will learn to control and balance out your hunger. I ate more at first but now look at me. You already try to eat healthy and work out so you should be just fine. I was told my personal trainer excessive amounts of protein is only if you want to build a lot of muscules like bodybuilders.

Tomorrow right? I just wanted to say both good luck and congratulations! I've really been enjoying reading all your updates.

As for protein the above comment is right--but otherwise I would recommend eating lean meats along with alot of vegetables (stir-fry is always good). And the Odwalla bars are pretty good.
