Declining in functioning would involve not being able to hold a job or continue tasks and care for yourself that, at your baseline or "normal" functioning you can. The apartment is nice. The white carpet, peachy white walls, and beige couch is a little anxiety provoking- but overall, its nice. I finally have furniture, thanks to craigslist, and a bed, thanks to my boyfs parentals.
