Ha. Of all the things in the world a person might accuse you of being, I can't imagine anyone accusing you of being a quitter.

The logistics of running every day are a little tricky. I need to figure out Mondays (when I leave for work at 4:45 a.m. and get home just shy of 11 p.m.) still... it would be crazy to run a mile at 4:30 a.m., right?

How well lit is it? I would be hesitant to run in an area that isn't well lit, at 4:30 am. The last thing you want to do is sprain our ankle on an unseen crack in the sidewalk or something dumb. Are you biking to IBM on Mondays? Could you run around the campus, when you arrive? Also, it doesn't have to be a fast mile - I believe running to the train with your bag and your bike, would count!

Also, I appreciate your thinking I'm not a quitter!
