if lolita bibles get traslatied by toykopop they will sell for $30-$40 so it will still be kinda underground... maybe.....

They are for certain being translated, as stated here by someone who works at TokyoPop. Lolita is becoming increasingly popular in the US, which is why this is beng done in the first place. A few mainstream companies have tried to do lolita items but have failed. (ex, Hot Topic) The main concern is that TP is popular and people will associate Lolita with cosplay/otaku. (read the actual post, it's really interesting!) From what I've seen and read the bibles will be at most $20. I don't see how they'll be more expensive than their Japanese couterparts. :/
