Diet Day 5

I am actually starting to get full. So far day 2 of this diet has been the worst. I wanted to go and eat every piece of bread and pasta we have in this house but thanks to my wondeful hubby  who has been very patient with me, I've not cheated really bad and have already lost 5 lbs. I hope it continues to go well for you; I don't think I could ever hack a no-carb diet and while I don't think this is true for everyone, some people in Chris's family don't stay on it and then gain even more weight back than they lose. I know sweets, junk food and eating out are what is making me overweight so I'm going to work on those things even though I am pregnant because it is healthier for the baby.

I hope it goes well too. I know how I am though. I'll hit a plataeu and stop losing weight then I'll want to give up. After this 2 week induction is over with we will be working back in the carbs by eating healthier and limiting junk food. A friend of mine at work said after the first 2 weeks for her she didn't crave the breads, pasta's and junk food like she used to.
I tell ya it's hard to cut back but once you get in the habit it's not so bad. Hardest part is staying motivated so let the baby be your motivation :)
