Diet Update Month 3
I need a really BIG pool.
We went swimming last night at a friend's b-day party and eventhough we were only in the pool for about an hour I still lost off a couple more pounds making my total weightloss to date 16 lbs :) Current weight 201 lbs. That's pretty good for being on a diet only 3 months. I haven't been very faithful to my diet the past ( Read more... ) -
Diet day 24
Things are still going fairly well. Who woulda thought AF would tack on 3 lbs!! I'm not updating my ticker until she's gone! I pulled my back muscles last week working out then bowled on top of that so exercise was very limited and I'm sure that didn't help either. Diet Update Day 16
Who woulda thunk that blowing your diet for just one day would have added 2 lbs! Well it did. Ashley's B-day party was friday and I had cake and chips. I've manage to work them back off but no more blowing my diet!! I've also started exercising and my upper back is so sore. I'm not as hungry as I have been either so that's good too. Diet Day 8
My weekly home weigh in was exciting this morning. We have been on our diet for a week and I've already lost 7 lbs!!! I am so happy and proud of myself. I must update my ticker too. Diet Day 5
I am actually starting to get full. So far day 2 of this diet has been the worst. I wanted to go and eat every piece of bread and pasta we have in this house but thanks to my wondeful hubby who has been very patient with me, I've not cheated really bad and have already lost 5 lbs.
