I can't tell you how much I love this comment - so thoughtful and thank you for taking the time to write it. What you say here about Boomer - "while is on one hand a victim of circumstance she also makes a great deal of bad decisions as well" is exactly how I feel about her. It's like you get to a point in your adult life where you have to stop blaming others for where you've ended up or else you just stuck. I think the biggest difference between Boomer and Athena is Athena gets this and Boomer just can't let it go.
