I still, for the most part, have been working out 3 days a week doing Power 90. I do a few weeks of Sculpting (weight training) and then switch back to Cardio for a week. It ultimately all depends on the mood I'm in.
That has to the hardest part of exercising, your mental status. I don't mean as in crazy but as in being able to push past the "eh...
