Andy could have thyroid cancer right now. Rarest form but easiest to recover from. So in theory, I'm supposed to be lenient with him & coddle him.
This morning was just too much.

Transgender, gay, traditional values..labels
The media has been inundated with stories lately of transgender. It's been a storm of opposing views with very little compromise or empathy to be seen.

January total weight loss
I lost 10.6lbs! That's not starting calorie counting until 15th, sick twice, & only exercising 7 days!
Now, if I could just stay healthy this month & exercise every day!

Proud
Just really happy with myself at the moment. I've exercised for at least 30minutes on the elliptical every day since the 15th! I've also lost 5lbs since the 1st. None if that seems like much to most people but I'm thrilled. I know I was sick with bronchitis & helping baby recovery from it since the 1st. Ah New Year
You started so promising! My diet has gone well. I'm drinking nothing but water. I haven't even started the exercise part yet because I did too much too soon last time and burned out. Yet, I've already lost 7lbs. It was a hard 7 but it makes me happy ( Read more... ) -
Mother's Day pending
