I still don't get exactly how it works, but from what I've read I like the fact that it seems more... natural. I didn't like the idea from the start of putting artificial hormones into my body to regulate what should be a very natural process. I mean, any birth control does that to an extent, I guess.
So it's comfortable? You can't feel it? Do you ever worry about it slipping around or anything?

Okay, this is all GREAT information. Thank you! It's good to know all the pros and cons (esp for the partner). But I mean, hell, a little irritation for the guy is a lot better than getting pregnant (when you don't want to be). And actually, that thought did cross my mind and it's something I'll ask my doctor, but if the guy is really deep inside you does that affect it. I think I need to go find a diagram...
