1. Hardback, trade paperback or mass market paperback? Hardback for appearance and durability, but mass market for cost. I'd buy stuff like Pride and Prejudice in hardback--I'd read it over and over, and keep it forever, but I refuse to buy Nora Roberts in Hardback...paperback all the way!
