Beautiful outside today

I left for work this morning, and there was a beautiful coat of sparkling snow stretched out across the land. It was so pretty that it brought me up short for a moment, then I had to sprint for the bus. LOL

I can't wait until tonight...I just wanna hug the heck out of Charlie, he's so dejected and sad...and Damn Sawyer for taking advantage of him when he's so vulnerable! I do forsee a BIG blow up between Jack and Locke though, the two of them are struggling for dominance. Can't wait!!!

Are you by chance going to the Gathering in June/July in Toronto? I would so love to see you there! Estellye/elfriend and I are going and I am very excited!

You'll never believe this, but I was cleaning my apartment (that's the part that's hard to believe!) and found an old Christmas card that I never mailed... it's got to be at least a year old. Anyway, I wrote a poem in it for you. I'd mail it but I have just used my last stamp to send my mum a birthday card, and if I wait to buy more to send it, it'll be NEXT xmas before you get it! So I'm gonna write it down here for you.

In the deep wooded world
Winter transfixes the trees
Bare limbs bud bunched, clenched
Like fists shaking against the wind
Sap slow song winding rings

A dark elf walks there
Her sword is sheathed
_________It does not thirst
Her cloak flaps in the crisp breeze
It carries the clouds of her warm breath skywards
And teases the sleeping leaves
_________with dreams of Spring
