I do not know much about herbal remedies, but I have two friends who suffer severe PMS and they both swear by red raspberry leaf tea.
I am glad you are going to the doctor, this sounds troublesome. I know it's hard to diagnose just from you listing a few symptoms of pain, but while you are with him, be sure to mention the pain you are having and ask about endometriosis. I have experienced such pain with that (though it was referred pain in my back), and what you describe along with the other troubles, makes me think of it. Worth mentioning, if your doctor isn't already thinking of it.
I'm feeling pretty groggy today, stayed up too late last night and got up to early this morning, now I realize I won't probably hear from my hubby until later in the day. So I got up early for nothing! Well, not for nothing, after all! I'm chatting with you, with is lovely first thing in the morning.
Feel better, my dear, and prayers for you in advance of your doctor's visit.
I don't know much about herbal honey, but I know that my Dr put me on Yasmin recently and I love it! It lowers your blood pressure, controls water weight and bloating and has a very positive impact on my mood swings, i.e. I don't have them anymore. Plus I only get my monthly for 3 days and it is almost non-existant for those 3 days. I always stuck with mint or chamomile tea and a heating pad when I was PMSing...they kept me relaxed.
I looked up herbal remedies and found one for PMS made of Sweet Fennel, Pasque Flower, and Lemon Balm, you can probably find a mixture of PMS herbs at any natural food store.
I used to experience ovarian pain almost every month, called Mittelschmerz (painful ovulation, literally "middle pain" in german). But it doesn't seem like what you are having is simple "middle pain" because mittelschmerz only lasts for an hour to one day and only occurs during ovulation. If you are having multiple "episodes" of pain it is probably something else which should be examined by a doctor.

It could be a cyst or something if you have pain down there.
