We are close to signing the contract for our house! Well, actually it's just Jeff who will be doing that. Apparently I no longer have a credit history, even though I'm the only one who has had an active credit card in the last 10 years. Finding a Home
We've found a nice double-wide manufactured home just a couple miles from where we are, on it's own land and sits on a concrete block foundation. It has everything we need (except a dishwasher, but we can get a portable model; there's enough room to keep it out of the way in the kitchen when not in use).
