This is my comment to a public post. Yes, I really am Rev. Randy Smith (as opposed to some of the other Randy Smiths out there) and we know each other from Fandom. See you at the con! (Any con. My next will be CostumeCon, then BayCon.).
I hate leaving this here, but I wasn't sure where to send this since there doesn't seem to be an email address listed at cr_r. I'd like to be a member of the community because I am very interested in its topic, but my journal is friends only, which means you can't see any of my posts (something I read could deny my membership). If you want me to open it up and friend you so you can take a look at it, I'd be more than happy to do so. If you don't want to discuss this here, you can leave me a message on my journal, if you want. Thanks!
Email addresses can be constructed for all cr_r moderators other than paul_hamish by using username @ livejournal.com. Please drop us a note that way so we can have it more properly handled. Thanks!

Hi, Lysana.
Erynn suggested that I check with you to see how you structured your ogam class. I'm hoping to run a study group next Samhain to Imbolc at a local store (Vancouver, BC) using her book. I will be learning along with everyone else. (Or along with The Other Person, depending how the signup goes.)
My thought was to go through the book and select elements of each chapter that I can structure a lesson plan around, and have everyone read the chapters as we go, in addition to my giving summaries of the pertinent parts. Then we could create the feda and work with them together in the class. Clearly that plan needs a lot of filling out. If you have any tips, I would love to hear them.
