Eviction proceedings!
Last week, we were served a three-day pay-or-quit for the back rent on this apartment. We wound up speaking to the landlord's attorney and he said they were open to taking payments. Good news/bad news/blegging
Good news: I got temporary disability, which is a little more than unemployment was paying. Not a hell of a lot more, but $360/mo more than my prior level is nothing to bitch about. We may even manage Pantheacon with that plus tax refunds and are planning on giving it a real good try ( Read more... ) -
