Everyone should learn how to play a musical instrument. In fact I think it should be a law that ny 14 you have to have decided on or be playing one or more instruments. Creating music is probably the most rewarding thing there is. If you disagree with me you clearly have never tried a musical instrument, or you listen to shitty music, or both.

i played the flute for 2 months if that counts..... im guessing it doesn't but im thinking about learning how to play the bass guitar

I'll count it, but you're aware that if you learn to play bass you will just be posing my extremely l33t, seasoned skills at the bass. Not to mention shanes skills, but mostly mine because I rule.
