Today i am proud of myself for figuring out how to fit in reflexology session, for eating 3 sensable meals, and for taking all my meds on time. -
From now on
i am going to use this journal to post to myself what i am proud of.

Changes all around....
i decided to change the look of this journal. Just needed the change. Still hiding where i usually write. Still not feeling all that safe exposing myself to others. -
