Track meet went ok. I ran 6 seconds faster on the 1200 in the DMR (distance medley relay), leading off the relay in 3rd place of like 8 or so with a pretty sweet lead. I hit the first lap in 72 seconds. It was crazy fast. Usually I hit the first lap of the 800 in like 70-71 seconds so that is pretty intense for a 12. Thankfully I didn't hear that ( Read more... )

So tomorrow I am running the 1200 in the Distance Medley Relay, which is the lead leg (1st person to run) and the open mile. I'm gonna kick some ass! There aren't any really good distance schools that are gonna be there, so I'm gonna go out with the leaders and hopefully I will get a medal. He was fine a week ago. Happy about being accepted into a college, just his normal self. Then bam a few days ago has chest pains so bad he can hardly breathe. Went to the hospital and they told him his spleen was inflammed and that they needed to run more tests.
