Went to see George Monbiot and friends last night, it was a gathering about climate change. It was all very interesting, and if the maths are correct, we're all doomed. To cut a long story short, they said in the west we need to cut carbon emissions by 90% asap. The worstist polluter of all is aircraft and cutting flights by 90% would help a lot.

So maybe the most important thing to be looking into is cleaner, less polluting aircraft fuel? That's the way forward.
