So today the book is coming out in Australia, as I understand it, so I thought I'd catch y'all up on what we know from the British release: it does seem to be in major chain bookstores, but fewer than ten copies (sometimes five or less) at each store. They do seem to be stocking it in the film/entertainment section rather than the humor, also.

Well, alysscarlet and I spent some time in London yesteday, between Squeeful Things, going into the big bookshops on the Charing Cross Road and seeking out copies! The largest amount we logged in one place was about 15 (there may well be more in stock) but I imagine that the piles will get higher before Christmas. And yes, it was mainly stacked in Film, but in either Borders or Blackwells, they had it in Humour. We also recommended it to the shop guy in the Cinema Store on St Martin's Lane, who hadn't got it in but took the details and seemed genuinely concerned that it'd passed him by.
