We are gettting New Furnace and A/C. it will be nice to have a system that costs less to run and keeps the house at temperature. AND in the winter doesn't stop running whenever it is inconvenient, like while on vacation. So hurray, I guess. Now to apply a turniquette to my arm and leg ;-) Just joking, it wasn't so bad ( Read more... )

Though it will cost a lot, it will be nice to have good a/c and heat and will eventually cost less money

I'm sure you'll end up liking it. It's good that they end up paying for themselves eventually. Of course as your savings trickle back in, it's hard to relate that to the large initial outlay. :-)

I need to level my deck still. Want to help with that? I'll help with your deck if I can.

is that what your post level is for? i noticed that out the other day. i would be happy to help. i just helped build one for some people at church from the holes in the ground up. call me we can work something out.

Well, it will most likely get used in that capacity. I just grabbed the handiest level the other day to level the pinball machine though and that happened to be it.
