reading more than posting
i have been reading more than posting lately, and i think others do as well, but i decided to make a quick note ( Read more... ) -
A/C is up and running.
So far the air conditioning is running dandy. it comes on and shuts off. what a concept! and then there is time in between the two. and you can barely hear it standing right next to it. it sure pushes more air too. the new filter is about clogged from loosening the junk in the ducts. a quick vaccuum of the filter and it is good as new, ( Read more... ) -

Summer to do list update.
The furnace and a/c are in. the air is nice. they still have to come back a third time to finish the furnace installation, but it is hooked up enough to push the air correctly. can't wait until it gets HOT out again and we can see if it will keep up better than the last ones; they couldn't handle anything over 85F. this one you can't hardly ( Read more... ) -
Tomorrow is the big day!
We are gettting New Furnace and A/C. it will be nice to have a system that costs less to run and keeps the house at temperature. AND in the winter doesn't stop running whenever it is inconvenient, like while on vacation. So hurray, I guess. Now to apply a turniquette to my arm and leg ;-) Just joking, it wasn't so bad ( Read more... )
